WebScout 2.12 is a practical utility that lets you limit, restrict and administer the use of what a PC does on the Internet



The program assigns a password to each of the users that are going to use that PC, and depending on who has entered depends the restrictions (for example only a set time of the day or week, or only a set period of time, or the amount of Web traffic allowed).



You can also configure limitations on a LAN, restricting them depending on the IP address of each computer, saving a history log of all Internet activity for each of those computers.
